>>allow data transfer between CD32 & a PC<< My dreams seem to come true. Is this like a full CD-Drive for the PC? Just read any CD-disk? If so, we should tell all of the PC-people. A portable CD-player which can also be used stand-alone for CD-Audio,Video and Photo. If so, i finally understand why they call themselves EUREKA. >>Please note that as German distributor for the Communictor, Photolite & Video Creator we have a vested interest in all the above products. However our aim here is to provide factual information for the benefit of all.<< Sehr nett! Hans Keesom Amsterdam.

Well we will have to wait regarding the PC-Connection to see if it is really something that works !! I think it is based on the PD programm "Twin Express". We are really looking forward to having the Communicator here we hope it really is as good as it sounds !! Cheers Richard

Are you already selling the Communicator? Do you know of any US distributor? Huergen Braun said here on CS prices of CD32 went down to a 499 DM. Is that so? Hans Keesom Amsterdam

Hi there ! Well Eureka are sending us a Communictaor with a Gold-CD so that we can test it over the next few days. I expect the first saleable communicators to be shipped to us from Holland in about 10 days, with a sizeable quantity being available in about 3 weeks from now. At least that is what Eureka told me a coule of days ago ! I will ask Eureka if they have any tie-ups in America yet and post the news here. I also agree with you – the Network CD/Sernet does work, but as it is only at 19200 baud it is probably better to wait for the full thing. (But it is good that there is an inexpensive competitor on the market !!) Yes indeed, the suggested retail price of the CD32 in Germany is DM 499,-. This includes 4 games (Oscar/Digger & Wing Commander/Dangerous Streets). I am sure you will be interested to know that sales of CD32 have gone mad in the last 2 weeks. I know this from our own sales and also from talking to other distributors in germany and Commodore. It is good to see Amiga owners finally catching on and buying the CD32 !! Best Regards Richard

Do you accept Visa? >>I am sure you will be interested to know that sales of CD32 have gone mad in the last 2 weeks. << Like the UK, so now two countries where the CD32 is going great. If only the Samsung-rumor is right, we're on the road again. Thank you very much for sharing this info. Hans Keesom Amsterdam
