No. If it was 300K you would only get about 36 min. on a CD (650MB/300K =
36 min.) (Video-CD's hold 72 min.)

Yes, you're right about that. But doesn't the amount of data depend on the
amount of moving pic's in the video-data? (e.g. newsreader=stable
background, not much data. Actionmovie=no stable background, much data)?
