#Internet to CIS email

Ken, or anyone
Do you know the correct address syntax for someone on internet sending an email
to someone on compuserve?
shoe
Terence,
<< internet to CIS >>
If you were sending it to my CIS# 73172,1351, on internet you would send it to
73172.1351@compuserve.com.

Thank you very much for the speedy reply to my internet question. Did I notice
that there is a period between the two parts of the CIS number, eg. 73172.1351,
or should it be a comma? Thanks again

<< period or comma ? >>
period.
Thanks again Jonas for the <<period>> confirmation.
Shoe:
To send stuff to Internet, use the following syntax:
INTERNET:name@address
You can also fax a message to anyone by using the syntax:
FAX:phone number
Be aware that these type of messages carry an extra charge. I think it costs a
healthy $0.10 for each message you send AND receive via Internet. All the more
reason to look for a local host hookup.
BTW, all this info is in the NavCIS help file. And, I think you might need to
do a forum update, unless you meant this message to go to this section.
Good luck!
