Gary, The 2.346 version *is* different from every other version (I have it), and it supports both Supra modems as well as generic modems. It asks what type of modem you have at installation (or will check to see what type of modem you do have) and will install the version you need. My dealer got it through Micro R&D as Supra did not want to sell the 2.346 version to her (as it supports other modems as well as Supra modems). Trent One of the "Frozen Chosen"

Trent, Yes, I have the 2.346 version also. I bought it directly from Dr. Perry at GP Software. It has worked very well so far with four different brands of modems I have tested. I have had much better luck bypassing Supra also. // Gary Vander Mei on Auto-Pilot \X/

Gary, Yeah, I noticed the same. The only problem I had with 2.346 is that it does not like bad phone lines (just like I have <sigh>). It hangs if the lines are not up to snuff right after passing the cover page and will not log off (only does it for long distance lines though, local lines do not have this problem).. Other than that, all the problems I had with earlier versions of GPFax have been corrected.. Trent One of the "Frozen Chosen"

Trent, >>does not like bad phone lines (just like I have <sigh>)<< I use to have MCI as my long distance carrier. Since I changed back to AT&T, I haven't had any problems with connects. Something to think about…. // Gary Vander Mei on Auto-Pilot \X/
