You have a point but BEST is probably one of the best overall accounting
packages on the Amiga, if you don't care about niceties. I don't think
you have to worry about s/w conflicts because it doesn't use any system
resources. I've had no problems on my '030. Anyway, I just thought I'd
mention it.
Unfortunately, Addresser doesn't support graphics (at least in ver. 2.0)
but it does support different fonts & font styles (which AddressIt
doesn't). My only complaint about Addresser is that it only allows you to
have one database and it could use a larger memo field. I don't know
about PostScript but I'd expect it could use the PS driver???

Addresser also doesn't work with my HP4MP. It prints sideways, and I
can't find a configuration option to change that. It also gave me several
enforcer hits, doesn't handle companies well (i.e., with no person names),
doesn't appear to handle fax numbers or multiple numbers (some people on
my list get a half dozen numbers for home, different work locations, fax,
data, etc.).
Oh well.

Ya, Dealing with companies in Addresser isn't the best. Originally, in
version 1.0, Addresser didn't even have a field for companies. The way I
deal with it is buy putting the description of what the company does in
the first and Last field. That way, when you go into quick view you can
at least see what the company does.
Funny about the printing problem. I haven't had any trouble on my HP500
except for the space at the top of the envelope.
It is pretty good for the price, however.
