Whap! is no longer available, as it's author no longer supports it, and
the CompuServe software is no longer totally compatible with it. It has
been replaced by AutoPilot for systems with AmigaDos 2.04 and higher,
available in the AmigaVendor Forum.

Whap! became outdated, and its author no longer supports it, so it had to
be removed from the library. If you are using 2.04 or later, look at
AutoPilot, AmigaVendor library 9, AP.LHA. It is much better than Whap!
was, and is constantly being improved.
