What are the size of your models? I have noticed 5.5x improvement from 486/66 to P5/66 but the model was 10meg. Same ram on both cpu's. Stephen

Stephen, Sounds like you're getting really good performance. I haven't really rendered that much yet . My projects are typically around 2MB with another 2-15 MB of texture maps. Rendering, with IPAS routines running, typically consumes about 20-40MB ram. After my next big project I will have more reliable benchmarks. I'll let you know how it goes. -Parris

Stephen <<I have noticed 5.5x improvement from 486/66 to P5/66 but the model was 10meg. Even when the programs are the same resolution we are getting long delays. All other performance is great. The Vibrant driver was created JUNE 6th, 1994 but there is difineately something wrong.
