Hi guys. I am new around here since the Mexnet is operational from Mexico City. I am planning to upgrade my 486-66 16MbRAM for a brand new Pentium 90 mhz (or should it be 66? or maybe 60. would Tristar work fine or… the news say Micron is better. You know what I mean?. I need some help because I am bringing it all the way down to Mexico including PAR ( or should it be the Sanyo single frame rec.?). I would really appreciate any help. By the way, nice IPAS. Gracias. Mauricio.

Mauricio, I'd suggest a Pentium 90 with a PAR.

Martin: Thank you. The guys at Micron did send me the information about their computers last friday and I will be checking ALR also. Any advice is welcome. Thanks again. Mauricio.

Mauricio, I've heard good things about Micron, but not ALR. The PAR is excellent. There are many happy users here. There's not much to say about it. Do you have any specific questions about it?

The folks around Autodesk have had very good luck with the Micron P5/90. Good luck! – G

There are many PAR experts here on the forum. I'm sure that one of them can answer any questions about it that you've got. (I'm not much good with hardware questions.) – G
