>>Their name is "The Computer Room" in Ft Lauderdale FL. Their phone number is 305-771-9035.<< I used to live in South Florida–does Brett Cramer (sp?) still own that store? I seem to remember he was a big Atari ST fan–he got some of the first Mega ST's ever shipped. Does he still push Atari? I remember I got my first look at Newtek's Demo Reel One in his store–ah those were the days 🙂

John: Brett still owns it. He's gotten away from the Atari as far as selling the machines, however I think his mail order company Sideline Software still stocks Atari titles, but I could be wrong. He's gotten into selling high end PCs for video work, and at this point he's doing more PC business than he is Amiga, most of the Amiga stuff he sells is Video Toaster oriented. I think that Brett had alot to do with why I've started switching over to using PCs rather than Amigas, however I still own & use my A3000 all the time, in fact I just bought a new 17" monitor, and one of the features that it HAD to have was 2 inputs so I could hook it to both the PC & Amiga without any signal loss like I was getting when I had a switchbox doing the same thing (with the old monitor). For anyone interested, the monitor is an Idek VisionMaster MF-8617, and it's a really nice monitor, has a .26 dot pitch, and sells for only $850. // -Mike Schiller \X/ AMIGA!
