Does anyone know if 3D studio has built in support (vibrant drivers) for the speedstar 64 video card w/2megs dram? Also, does anyone have any experience with this card? I have ordered it as an upgrade to my Tseng4000 based card, and was hoping it will be a good deal (I have an ISA bus and the card was $155 for a trade in). Thanks for any replies. Doug

Doug, the latest vibrant drivers claim support for Stealth64. The file is: vib3ds.zip in lib3 (3d Studio)

Thanks for the response. I am not sure if the Stealth 64 has the same chipset as the Speedstar 64 I was referring to. I am trying to find out now. Thanks again. Doug

This is the first I have heard of a 'SpeedStar 64'. There is a Stealth 64 supported (listed as 'Diamond Stealth 64'. If you can find out what kind of chipset is on the board, I might be able to direct you to a entry to try in the generic section. Chuck Walbourn – Vibrant Graphics

Thanks for the reply Chuck. I am going to mail you the .txt file press release for the board so maybe you can direct me further. Would the chipset be the "Cirrus Logic CL-GD5434 graphics controller"? Doug
