I wnat to use the frame buffer function. I'm using still an ATI
Graphics Ultra Pro in an ISA PC for the display. What kind of
framebuffer card can I use ? The cards mention in the documentation
is unknown for me here in Germany. What do i need ?

You want to use a Targa board made by Truvision. All of these will work:
Targa Plus 16/32
Targa
Targa 64
I'm sure the is a dealer for Truvision in Europe.

The only ISA framebuffers that I can think of would be the Targa+ series or an
AT Vista both made by Truvision.
