After careful perusing of other material, I see that the references manual is available from AUtodesk for $19.95 +$3 S&H. IS that currently shipping? ALso now that I see that you are selling the references manual separately – tell me again about you "not needing manuals if the code is well written". There is a bad odor emanating from this plan 🙁 Judy

Sorry about the odor! The meetings I'm talking about had no bean counters, by the way. And I'm sorry that there seems to be so much disagreement about the manuals. My own personal take is – I LOVE BOOKS. I collect books, so anything in print has a powerful pull for me. I still think my comment about well-written programs needing less explaining (I think I said "manuals") is valid! I think features which seem more intuive need less explanation. But I love books! The printed manual that was extra $20 is the online help printed out, I believe.
