Dear AA Studio user,
I'm having a bad time outputting Animator Studio files to 256 color flic files
without tripling the size of the file (compared to same file in ani pro) or
getting severe color distortion. I would greatly appreciate any help with this
problem.

howdy ed. what codec exactly are you using when you save? also, are you using
alpha or sound? if color degredation happens, yeah, that's bound to happen when
one goes from a frame by frame 24-bit image to an 8-bit image. remember there
are three forms of compression available: data rate, keyframe and image.
experiment a bit with these three forms of compression, see which one works
best for the animations you're doing. let us know if anything improves (or if
it doesn't). check online help for details on each. -dave
Also is he using custom palette or not?

Thanks I'll try your sugestions and let you know how it works. The file I was
having a particular problem with had no alpha or sound.
