The "Blocks and Materials" CD from Ketiv has a city bus and a touring bus. It
only has smaller boats, though; 'largest looks like about a 30' cabin cruiser.
Call them at 503-252-3230 in the U.S. It sells for around $200 U.S., and has
some 600 meshes, plus lots of textures.
