Of course, you know the 80386 has to be fully upward compatible from the 4004.
Of course it does. I just wish they had figured out a good architecture before
becoming slaves to compatibility. Orthoganality forever! Down with segments!

According to my calculations, there are 20-odd 4004's in a 80386. Uh… wonder
if they run in parallel, or in series? …
Ray, Considering the bugs in the 80286, and the possible (probable?) bugs
with the early '386, one is inclined to believe that those 4004's run in
