You all know about the Preferences Message and the Alt+Shift+F(n) messages, right? Try this one…. / (2 People makes it a lot easier!) Make sure you are in workbench and the system is showing how much memory is free on the top line. Hold down BOTH shift keys and BOTH alt keys. Press at the same time F1. Now move the mouse to the Rightmost Push/Pop gadget and leave it there. Now eject the disk. Message #1. Now holding everything down still push the disk back in and watch CAREFULLY for a message on the top line. It comes and goes quickly. Seems like there were some upset people, eh> TC, Bri

Marlene, Thanks, I read the secret messages and like I said to Larry it's a better way of leaving your name than carving it in the old tree! I wonder if Ami would be better if "they who made it" got everything done afterwards their way? Oh well who knew? All I can say is xxxx HAPPENS! Christopher

Chris, It is an interesting way of "carving your name", and has been a tradition in the micro arena almost since the beginning. The same thing shows up in large system packages as well. Regards, Larry.
