What kind of p{Dlems has it caused you? I've used the Supra modem
with several telecomm packages and it works perfectly. Is it possible that the
users aren't setting up their parameters properly…no matter which modem they
are using?

There is 1 register that the supra does not support – it has to do with the
dialing speed, or, more precisely, the delay between dialing digitits. S11 I
*think*.
Actually I could be wrong about which register – it has been several months.
We sold some "100% compatible Supra modems" to a church that was using some
sort of software that needed the register the supra was missing, and it didn't
dial properly. Look in your manual, or type ATS11=43 (supposed to make it dial
fast.) If it works I will research more, but I'm pretty sure that's the one.
