Erv, I'm not sure what you mean. You have a choice of two editors here, as well as many different editors on your Amiga. The editors here are of two different capabilities, and EDIT is the more powerful of the two. You do need to learn it of course, like anything else unfamiliar to you, but it is certainly capable. Have you found bugs in it? By 'many different editors on your Amiga', I am referring to your ability to compose messages offline and to send them here semi-automatically. If you want to learn more about that technique, I recommend SAVMON.HLP in Dl 1. -larry

My comment was made more in jest then anything else. The problem I had was in editing the message I'd just written. I did a search and replace and it appeared to work until I previewed the message. No correction had been made. The editor I'm using is the one you use "/exit" to exit. So many of the "lesser" editors, such as the TBBS message editor, work better than what Compuserve uses. But then again, in my humble opinion, the TBBS message system is superior in general to what we have here. For example, if I wnat to replace just one occurence of a mispelled word, will this editor let me do it?
