I am looking at purchasing a CD ROM drive, however, I am a complete novice
on this subject. Can you please help me or suggest someplace where I can
find information on CD ROMs?
The CD ROM I have been looking at is the Mitsumi internal drive w/ 350ms
access time.

Download the files CDFAQ.TXT and CDROMF.ZIP. Both of these files give
information on CD-ROM technology and will help you in your purchase. One of
these files has a drive comparision chart so you can compare one drive
against another.
