I've seen the same thing, Charles. Different characters, same problem. The
_only_ time I have had it happen is when using Whap. I've spent thousands of
hours capturing messages from CIS with Online and it never happened once. It's
happened half a dozen times while beta-testing Whap, I've reported it, and now
that it's in general distribution I've seen several reports. Not too serious a
problem, but it would be nice to know the reason.

Then please explain to me why it happens 100% of the time when I use my
CTS modem with Access, Aterm, Comm, Online or any other terminal program I've
tried.
