Thanks Jay, I would like to use your comments if you gave me permission. I
have seen the reviewer's printouts, they do indeed have a tiny venetian blind
effect with both 1.2 and 1.3 print drivers. Maybe his printer is out of
adjustment a bit.
I too think that the DeskJet is a far better bargain, compared to just about
any 24pin printer.
Something is probably out of whack with the electronics, but it's possible
the printer's maladjusted. Electronics, meaning drivers, users, or whatever.
Graphicraft, for example, gives venetian blinds on everything.
