Cliff, Just to elaborate a bit… a bitmap's width needs to be an even multiple of 'words' wide. ie.. an even multiple of 16 bits. Keith

Isn't that saying that only a number divisible by 4 (bytes) is allowed? That is, a BytesPerRow number of 26 wouldn't work since there would be one word "left over", while a number of 28 would? Very interesting. I'll definitely check that! -Cliff
