I have just posted the full text of the following press release as

Company today announced the immediate availability of
the Kodak Photo CD Access developer toolkit for the
Sun/UNIX platform in the U.S. and Canada.
The Kodak Photo CD Access developer toolkit helps
application developers to build a flexible user interface to
images stored on Photo CD discs ~ special compact discs
that contain digitized high-resolution images originally
captured on 35 mm film.

None that I am aware of at this time.
Here is a little more of the detail from the release.

The toolkit consists of a library of the basic C-language functions
required to read images from a Photo CD disc into memory in formats
compatible with the Sun/UNIX environment. The toolkit also provides
the functions needed to export the images as industry-standard file
formats, such as TIFF and Encapsulated PostScript (EPS). The images
can be read in a number of standard color and grayscale formats,
including full 24-bit RGB color. In addition, the toolkit provides basic
~ image-manipulation capabilities and handles all the details of
~ expanding compressed images and converting them to other formats.
The Kodak Photo CD Access developer toolkit for the Sun/UNIX/SPARC
platform requires Sun Operating System 4.1.1 or later, or Solaris 2.1
running in compatibility mode. Additionally, a Sun CD-ROM XA drive
will be required to read Photo CD images.
