The only other suggestion I have for you is to buy a program that will output
postscript and then get pixel script (I think that's the title, someone correct
me if I'm misremembering it) to print it out on your non-postscript printer.

I think you mean PrintScript by Pixelations. Anybody out there used it with
PageStream and a non-PostScript printer? Why would I want that extra step
since the native output of PageStream seems to be at the maximum resolution of
my DeskJet+? Would it have something to do with real PostScript fonts vs.
PageStream's cloned Tyme, Helv, etc.?
