Has 5.0b shipped yet? I called and requested the update after the last
time we spoke but have not gotten anything yet.

5.0b has been shipping for a few weeks now, almost a month. You should
call our sales dept. and ask them what happened, as I'm pretty sure we
don't have any back logs at this juncture.
