ATonce/A2000 experience?

Does anyone have experience using an ATonce in an AMIGA 2000? I am in the
process of looking at the A2286 BridgeBoard and saw an ad for the ATonce.
Is it worth it to go for the A2286 or will the ATonce provide me a good PC
emulator. I don't plan to anything fancy on the emulator but would like
something that could run most (if not all) PC programs (e.g. Quicken, Turbo
Tax, PC Tools, etc.).

I recently received the ATonce board with adaptor for my 2000. At first, I
couldn't get it to work; then, I got it to work for 1 or 2 minutes before
the screen would hang up. Finally, I was able to get on-line with it, only
to find it will still crash at random. I found some of my initial problems
were due to not having the board pushed FIRMLY down into the adaptor board
(also, I had to remove my SCSI interface board, and put the ATonce in slot
#1). So, I have checked everything: the modem, the cables, the software,
and I just don't know where the problem lies, EXCEPT the bit in the manual
that says that I MAY need to upgrade my 2000 board if the Rev is older than
6.2. Well, my is 4.3, and I have been told it will cost $900 to upgrade!
So, I'm better off getting a real PC, if I can get my money back from
Montgomery Grant!
Sounds nasty. Hope that you are able to get this cleared up. Thanks for
the input. Gives me some idea as to what to expect from the ATonce. Looks
like it may be worth it to spend the extra money and go for the A2286.
