When will I be able to get hold of a PAL version of DPaint 4.

Difficult to tell. The NTSC version isn't released yet.

You'll probably be able to buy it sometime after it's released in the US (maybe a little before). So far, it hasn't even been released yet.

Dpaint IV will is sheduled to be simultaneously shipped in English, French, and German versions sometime in September. Whether you want NTSC or PAL doesn't really make a difference because it is a user choice when you start the program like DPaint III has. Orlando/EA:Multi-Media
