Do you know of any program or way (not too complicated, please) to printout a list of file names from any given data disk? What and where can I get it, if it takes a program. How do I do it if I can do from the Cli or whatever? Where is the MessyDos program located on CIS? Thanks. Donna

Do you mean something like redirection? You can get a disk directory to the printer by typing: DIR >PRT: DFN: Hope this is what you meant. Betty

don't know if that's what I mean, betty, but it looks like it would be and someone else gave me another formula that works. I've used it, and I'm happy as a clam to know the hundreds of files I have at a glance. Thanks. donna
