I would like a utility to convert a dxf file to a bit-mapped format such as BMP, GIF, or PCX. I can't find one either here or in GRAPHSUP. ANy ideas?

David: I think Hijack would do it (it seems to convert anything to everything) but it costs money. If you have Ani Pro you can easily read slides created in AutoCAD, AutoSketch, etc.

Thanks! Could you tell me who makes Hijack?

Dave: Yeah, HiJaak can convert vector files (such as .DXF) to raster files (.PCX, .GIF, etc.). You can't go the other way, though. -KLF

David, Inset is here on CIS in one of the GraphVendor forums. You might ask this question in the GraphSupport area, ImageAlchemy or PicLab might be a better answer than Hijack. My exerience with that program was not favorable. Jerry
