#Computer Chronicles

Did anyone here see Computer Chronicles recently? Although I am usually
behind the news here 🙂 I would like to inform the group that last nights
program featured computer art. The first products reviewed were
Opalvision and Aladin 3D. Both presentations were demonstrated on an
Amiga 4000.
Both demos were impressive. In addition to the demos, the final sequence
of animations closing the show were (I believe Amiga generated).
Well, at least we get some press coverage!
Dan Barber
It was a repeat of a show that first aired about 4 or 5 months ago.

Dan,
Yeah, it was a good show. Might have been a rerun. If you'd like to tell
them so (and boost Amiga presence a little), send them a line here on CIS
like I did. GO CHRONICLES, Computer Chronicles section.

That episode was from last year. Opal Paint looked pretty nice last year but
since seeing that episode again I have changed my mind. It may be the best
paint program for the Amiga, but since I started using Fractal Design Painter
2.0 I have abandoned my plans to get an Opal Vision. I already have a Toaster
4000 and hope to see a new paint program from NewTek soon, but until then I
will use Fractal.
I was good to see some favorable Amiga coverage.
