Hi Richard,
I have a A1000. How are you running Autopilot??
Thanks
Paul
Paul,
I have a Rejuvenator in the A1000 with a 2.04 ROM/DOS 2.1, ECS Agnus, ECS
Denise along with a 25 mhz 68030 accelerator. Still works fine.

Richard,
Where did you get it at? I saw one in AmigaWorld. (Grapevine)
It was 599.00. Is that about right? Also, What does that come with?? Thanks
for any help on this 🙂
Paul
Paul,
I bought it at Expert Services in Kentucky (they build it) back in 90,
and has been updated by them a couple of times. A price of $599 sounds
like you will get the 2 meg Agnus with 2 meg of chip ram on the board
itself, the ECS Denise, and maybe a 1.3 ROM installed. I doubt they are
putting in 2.0 ROMs. It allows you to load Kickstart from disk like the
usual 1000 way, or use the ROM. The Rejuvenator has a video slot for a
flicker fixer type board or internal genlock. It also reduces bus noise so
there is no need for PALs to be grounded, and makes the machine more
stable. It replaces the WCS daughter board where normally the 1000 loads
the kickstart from disk. If you don't plan on upgrading to an AGA machine,
it's a good way to upgrade your 1000.

Thanks for the info Richard 🙂
