#CD-ROM Drives/Photo CDs

I've seen lots of messages regarding various computer CD-ROM players which
have the capability of working with Kodak Photo CDs. My question is:
Given a compatible CD-ROM player and a Kodak Photo CD, what software do you
need or use to actualy display the photos on the CD?
Kodak makes a software that allows you to use Photo CD images and convert
them. I have a package called Photo Factory For Windows That does the same.
I just read where Photostyler has a Plug in that will allow you to do the
same. I would look for all the Image packages to support Photo CD. It is
the greatest thing since SLICED BREAD! Whatever that means?
You think so? The "word on the street" suggested that Photo CD was simply
a good way for Kodak to make money on poor resolution photographs. Yes?

Corel Draw 3.0 has a PhotoCD display/import function in its menu, but I
haven't tried it.

Well, I guess the "word on the street" said the same about VCRs and for
taht matter I believe they said it about television. My opinion is that
Photo CD will take the professional business sector by storm and then move
into every home in the world.
From a business percpective I have used Photo CD for all kinds of jobs and
it is great. Oh forget what I said! No No, That's it! Photo CD is really
bad for business people. (G) I don't want my competition in the creative
business communication field to catch on to fast.
Anyway I think Photo CD is the wave. That comes from a person that was
trained to be a photographer, who ahs produced a variety of media including
vide and multimedia as well as print materails.
