#Europe here I come
11 messages in this thread
Good day, everyone.
Tomorrow (July 7) I am leaving for the GRAND IMPERIAL EUROPEAN 3DS TRAINING
TOUR, commencing in England and going through France, Belgium, The Netherlands,
Germany and Austria, with possible stops in Sweden and Czechoslovakia.
I will probably be on Cserve along the way but I may not be able to access it
from some places — you know, drafty little cow barns in the south of France
and so on. If you want training this is absolutely positively your last
chance. — or it could be, anyway.
If you would just like a visit, I'd enjoy that as well. However, I will
probably not go too far off the main path I have already set.
I hope to have a European book distributor set up by the end of July so you'll
have more local access to the books. I will be carrying a limited number with
me, but these are mostly for those who are getting training (or until I get
tired of carrying them around, whichever comes first). <g>
See you all across the ocean…
Michele
Hey Michele….
Looks good for my college to order at least one set of your books for
now. who knows more later….
It was really nice meeting you, good luck on the trip.

is that place in LA you were talking about selling your books yet? I remember
you mentioning around the end of the month but I can't seem to recall if it was
this month or last month.

What an idea for areobics! Lugging a trunk-full of 3DS books around the world!
You should make a workout tape!
Dave
please send my a message when you stay in Germany, if I have time I will visit
you.
Ingo
Ingo, give me call if you set up a meeting. I would like to join up. Please
call a couple days in advance since there is way to much work all over this
place and I will probably have to prepare a daring escape. Bis bald, — tobias
No problem. I don't have any training lined up in Germany but I will be
passing through on the way from Amsterdam to Vienna, so why not, it looks like
a nice country on the map. <g> Plus a friend gave me a German phone card from
his last trip there, and I hate to waste anything. <g> I'll let you know when
I have more exact dates.
Michele
Michele,
I will be glad if you come to visit me. If you want to stay some
days here on the other side of our little space ball <g> no problem,
we have a room for you. Just give me a call with your german phone card under
+49-611-3081854 for outside Germany or
0611-3081854 for inside Germany.
Note, that I am in holidays in the USA <g> from 30-July to 27-August.
Hope we will see us, (perhaps at the SigGraph 3DS Partys)
Ingo
Ah, regrets, Ingo, but it looks like I'll miss you. I'll be in Belgium at
least until July 28, and then I think I'm going to The Netherlands after that.
By the end of August I will probably be either back in Massachusetts or in the
middle of Thailand, depending on which way the wind blows. <g>
But I took down your phone number and if I can I'll visit you sometime. I
don't think I'm going to Siggraph this year. I lived in L.A. for six years and
Siggraph never showed up, so I left in a huff, then look what happens! I bet
you anything it's in Boston next year, because I just left there too. <g>
Are you showing anything at Siggraph, or just going for a look at all the
over-the-top VR stuff? Or is it R3 that you want to see?
Michele
Michele
I will look for R3, meet the CIS people and looking for new trends (wich will
be in Germany 5-10 years later <g>). I am not really interssted in the VR
stuff. My main reason are my holiday and to take a look at the USA (I have
never been there). I want to know if the states are really like I saw it in so
many (bad) films <g>.
I am really sorry about this time. Perhaps we meet together some days in Europe
or the States. If you stay again in Europe just call me.
So short<g>
