DAn, That is more reason to try OS/2 2.1. This robust operating system will run almost all existing window application programs. As a matter of fact it will run windows apps faster than windows itself. You can therefore support your multimedia applications as well as your window applications under the same platform. If you evaluate Os/2 in light of your Multimedia requirements, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Good luck in whatever you choose. Let us know how it goes. Dan

Dan…Os/2.1 may be a very robust o/s. However, after viewing the install manual, it seems to require considerable effort to set up one's system with boot mgr,dos and os/2.1. In addition, backing up the system (both) requires different backup tools for each operating system…Cyrillene
