I am interested in whether anyone has any experience with sytems/networks
accessing a single CD drive with a stacker or carousel. I'm thinking about
setting up a library type access. Perhaps multiple drives if no reliable
stackers exist. Is special s'ware required to handle access to stacker drives?
If multiple CD drives are located o one system, what is the practical numbe?
SCSI Express should do what you need. I have a Netware 3.11 server with four
toshiba cd-rom drives. I thought about using some kind of jukebox but the
multiple drives give alot more flexibility.

Hi, We have a Jukebox on one server running SCSI Express and another server
with four CD ROM drives also using SCSI Express. SCSI Express works great;
haven't had any problems with it. Their tech support is great too.
