Okay, oh great fount of knowledge, after they redo all the forums here on
the 4th, where would those of us who monitored the no longer existant
"Multimedia" here go?

We applied some thought to this issue. The fact is, "multimedia" was one of
the least used sections, and it appeared that virtually all the discussion
there could be appropriately positioned within platform-specific sections (like
"How do I select/install/repair a sound board in my MPC"), or in the general or
industry issues sections. It was a difficult decision, but it seems
increasingly that every CDROM customer has to deal with mutlimedia, and we hope
that bringing the questions closer to the platform or the issue concerned, that
members will have a more highly targeted audience.
Let me know what you think after the new system has had a chance to work for a
while. If enough people think it warranted, we can re-adjust. Nothing about
this Forum can be cast in stone. Except maybe the commitment of you and other
dedicated members!

Basically, Rich, I'll probably stop stopping by unless I have some business
here under the new system, since with all the monitoring of forums and support
stuff I do elsewhere here, plus the fact that I have to make a living, I just
can't add a half-dozen topics that might or might not be of interest but might
also give me a ton more messages to read. Oh, well….
