I have a Toshiba external CD Player (3401? forgot the number). Anyway, my
understanding is that it has a 200 ms access time. My question is, would I see
any improvement from using Norton's Speedcache+ or Lightning?
I am confident you will see a significant performance improvement using a cache
with your drive. I have a 280ms Mitsumi drive and see substantial improvements
