Hi all,
This is just an idea, but why don't CompuServe, archive most of the computer
section files onto CD-ROM, and sell them?
They could do files by year from 90,91,92,93, and one CD-ROM would hold all the
files from all the computer sections for that particular year!

It has been discussed on occassion, but, as in many corporations, it doesn't go
far without a substantial sponosor, and no one has apparently decided to make a
strong commitment to the idea. Now that Applelink has done it, CIS may not be
far behind.

Well it would make sense! Even for all the people who are not on CompuServe,
after all howmany people buy shareware CD-ROMS?
