After I installed DOS 6.0 on my clone (Midwest Micro Elite), my CD software stopped working. Microsoft Library, for example, loads the opening screen and begins to access the drive, but responds to any search that there were no matches for the criteria entered. There are apparently equivalent problems with Grolier Electronic Encyclopdia and PC Globe. The drive (a Magnavox CDD 461) is fine mechanically–the audio TSR loads and controls the drive for audio playback.
