Help!!! I have a Texel DM-3024 hooked up to a ProAudioSpectrum 16 card. The
drive supposedly supports 300 Kbp/s data transfer rate but Microsoft's sample
AVI CD-ROM exhibits problems playing even the smallest clip designed for
150Kbp/s…Could the culprit be my ATI Graphics Ultra Pro (ISA) card?
Any help will be greatly appreciated…
