that the word does NOT have an "ER" at the end of it.
Thanks though for your response, and seriously I concurr strongly that we
certainly are or at least should be motivators! I think and hope that when you
see the word I have in mind in the upcoming Learning Curve, that you will agree
that in encompasses "motivation" and a lot more.
