I saw your message here last week where you stated that Zortech C++ for MPW
could be upgraded to Symantec C++ for MPW at a reduced price by contacting
Symantec Customer Service at 800-441-7234. Being a registered ZTC user, I
telephoned them today and asked for the SCpp for MPW update. I ended up talking
to several different people but they all said the same thing: the only way
anyone can get a copy of SCpp for MPW is to buy a new copy at full list price,
i.e., no ZTC update (reduced price or not). Is this true? And if it is why? 🙁

I spoke with our Product Manager and he assures me there is indeed a ZTC
reduced-price upgrade. He asked if you could provide your telephone number so
he can contact you directly to clear this matter up.
