Gary,
I'm not so new to this, but I'm still learning too. <G>
Did you get a chance to download DTAX.zip? You need a full frame .avi file to
export .dib's over a "sequence" (range of files), then DTA v2.0
worked great for me! I must admitt however I was unable to use Animator to
import a series .dib's. I'll have to take another
look.
Has anyone suggested a method to go from .fli to .avi?

Hi Dan…. I believe that you can import fli directly into an avi file. I
haven't done it yet. This weekend i will have some time to play. I will let you
know..

Hi I've been asing the same questions and am glad to read your responses. You
can very easily import fli into avi format but on full frame images Im afraid
it will take the P5 to play it back. The windows media player and AVI for that
matter of fact cant seem to handle cell drawings or Deltas over an area. [ABut
if the animation is small (300,240) you cant tell the difference if you own a
pocket Rocket 66Mhz computer. Bob 🙂
Bob,
Was the question avi to fli? There is a program CVTAVI.EXE in the MULTIVEN
forum. It will convert any 24-bit / full frame / NO audio .AVI file to
consecutivly number .TGA files. You can then use Numpic from AAPro and bring
them in to save as a .FLC or .FLI. If your using 3DS of course you can map
consecutively numbered .TGA files to any object.
