Phil, I called the Programmer's Shop, they said I would also need to buy the Phar Lap 386|DOS Extender SDK ($409) in which case it may be cheaper just to buy the full blown Watcom C/C++32 9.5 package. Do you know if you still need to buy the Phar Lap SDK to use the full Watcom package to develop IPAS routines? Larry

Watcom has its own linker that will produce phar lap executibles (REXX files, .EXP's). So, no, you do not have to have the phar lap kit, though you may want to acquire it eventually.

Phil – Does the Phar Lap SDK offer additional tools/documentation above and beyond what comes with the Watcom Compiler that are specifically helpful in developing and debugging IPAS routines? Larry

<<Does the Phar Lap SDK offer additional tools/documentation>> Yes, though I am not sure of the exact extent of the kit. Best contact Phar Lap about that.
