Anyone recomend a good book on character animation- 2 & 4 legged movement? I have one book ( The Animator's Workbook ) that mentions Animals in Motion, by Eadweard Muybridge.How about some IPAS routines that deal wirh this issue? TIA! Bill

The Muybridge series is the definitive photographic motion study. I think every single character animator worth his salt has at least perused these volumes at some point or another. I've got the whole set in my library, and they're well worth it. John Tissavary (LUNA cie)
