Recording by AW's editor, Dan Sullivan, updated today: 1. Interested parties ("groups") must express interest in writing to the court with cash deposit by July 15. 2. One has already done so. About six others have expressed an interest. AW legally prohibited from naming them. 3. All have expressed an interest in continuing production of A4000, A1200, and the CD32 and the future development of the technology. 4. All are aware that "time is of the essence." 5. AW hopes to have the results within one to two weeks of the deadline date. This is the most reliable evidence, I think, to date that the Amiga will not die! (I know, I know…barring unforseen etceteras).

To show good faith—presumably to keep frivolous bidders from wasting everybody's time.

Ralph, thanks. Hmmm, six? And one has already put money down. Better and better. The Four Seasons of Southern California: Fire, Flood, Earthquake, and Riot.
