Hi there !
Today in the Frankfurt local newspaper there was an official announcement from
Commodore stating that
Mr. J. Edward Goff of Wallingford USA had been apponited "Geschaftsfuhrer"
(Managing director) of Commo germany.
This is VERY important NEWS (not gossip). It seems to mean that Alwin Stumpf
(who was MD until now) has been deposed. Does anyone know who J- Edward Goff is
? Is he a leading representative of the creditors or of a predator ??
I am sure that this snippet could lead us somewhere !!

If I remember right, Goff is one of C='s attorneys.

I don't have my CIL stuff in front of me… but I thought he was on the
Board of Directors of Commodore International.
VP, General Council and Secretary is his title.

I've phoned C= Germany this morning, and they have assured me Alwin Stumpf
was still there and working…

Hi there !
Well it now seems that Mr. Goff has been apponted as additional managing
director – i.e. there are now 2. As Mr. Goff is in N York, Commo Germany can be
represented there as well.
A lot of rumours floating around here the last couple of days – a lot of them
tied up with the fact that today is the last day in Commodore financial year.
There has been a lot of "window dressing" (i.e. measures to reduce stocks and
raise cash quickly) here in Germany but it is not certain if these moves have
more significance than that.
My optimism has been slightly diminished over the past few days !!
