Asking someone to help you write code generally falls under the topic of "consulting" rather than "product support". MS has provided a *lot* of consulting-style information on the MSDL, but I don't think that they consider themselves obligated to provide no-cost consulting services in their CIS fora. Conversely, there are many people on this forum (yours truly included) who make their living providing exactly the kind of services you seek. Rather than demanding that MS provide something that they probably are neither obligated nor equipped to provide, you might try asking the forum in general for assistance, paid or otherwise.
