Dan doesn't work for Autodesk, he works for the Yost Group, who develop 3D Studio for Autodesk.

Dan Silva wrote 50% of 3D Studio, along with Tom Hudson. That's why Dan and Tom hold the copyright.

If you look at 3d Studio close you'll see that Dan Silva is working for Yost. It will tell you in 3ds in the about 3ds on the dialog menu. Mike White [SDP]
