#siggraph party

Great, Wade.
Looks like I'd better get down to the library and collect phone numbers. There
are actually a few in the Siggraph literature, I think I'll start there.

Hey Alan,
Are you trying to put together a party or a jam session or both?
Either way, I'm there! (I NEVER travel without my sticks! <g>)
Look forward to meeting all of you guys.
Danny…
Glad that you're goin' Danny. Looking forward to it!
So am I! <g>
Meeting a lot of the folks that hang around here is going to be a kick.
See ya there,
Danny…
Hi Danny, nice to hear from you.
How's all that IPAS stuff comin'?
Well, just getting together a party in a place across the country is
gonna be tough enough, I think. I'd LOVE to have a 3DS/Jam thing, but
not this year. Actually, I've been thinking that next year we could
really do that. There seems to be plenty of musicians around, and
I've got a beautiful set of Yamaha digital drums, guitar amps, PA
systems, and all kinds of sound-processing stuff. It wouldn't be too
hard to get all the stuff up to Anaheim, and it would be a REAL
blast! Wotta way to "drum in" r4!! I promise that if it is possible,
we'll make it happen.
Anyway, I hope to make an anouncement concerning this year's
get-together soon. I just gotta make sure it *feels* right, 'cause
there is no money involved, and I want to be as confident as possible
of a good time for all.
So, I hope we can get something together for Sunday night!
Jam or no jam, I think it'll be a blast! Definately count me in for
the Anaheim gig. I'll be watching for your announcement. Let me know
if you need anything. See you there, Danny…
FWIW, next year's Siggraph is at the Los Angeles Convention
Center (downtown) not Anaheim. Still wanna come <g>?
Yeah, someone clued me to that last might, Kevin. Thanks.
Gosh, hope I can find it!<g>

That'd be great.
